As difficult as it may be at this time, we ask that you please document your situation as well as your financial need. Please explain the family relationship to the person directly affected if it is someone other than yourself.
We also ask that you include a list of the other options you’ve pursued in an attempt to meet your financial need, as we must consider the availability of other options when making award decisions.
